Directed the delivery of top and bottom-line efforts within North, Central, and South Americas as well as the Caribbean region with revenues exceeding $700M in 2018. Employ 10,000+ corporate and hotel level associates in managed hotel groups as well as our own properties which are the largest contributor of EBITDA in the company.

Between 2009 and 2011, oversaw worldwide premium brands portfolio of Meliá Hotels International composed of Gran Meliá, Paradisus (all-inclusive), and ME Brand with the team ensuring brands adhered with attributes, standards, and delivering sound guest experiences.

Executed a $30M refurbishment program.

  • Acknowledged for 1st GOP Contributor for Sol Meliá Worldwide in 2005 and 2006.
