As a noted professional, Victor has distinguished himself as a leader in the hotel and vacation club membership industries, with specialty in areas such as accounting, financial planning and reporting, treasury, administration, vacation club operations, and club member services.

Serving as VP of Administration, Finance & Treasury at Club Melia, the Vacation Club division of Melia Hotels International, and as a VP of Operations, Strategic Projects and Head of Sales & Marketing for Club Meliá & Circle by Meliá, Victor had the opportunity to conduct business in a multicultural environment, managing international finance and accounting throughout Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and Europe, where he led the Treasury Department as Treasury Director for Meliá Hotels International at its corporate office in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
