Laura Tejeda

Laura completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Miami in Advertising and Marketing. During this time she worked coordinating events for global brands such as RedBull, BMW, as well as local and independent businesses.


After her undergraduate studies, she traveled to Melbourne, Australia, where she began her hospitality career working front of house at a restaurant. Laura returned to the US to continue her learning journey in the restaurant industry, working as a Restaurant Manager at the Eventi Hotel. In 2017, she joined the team at the world-renowned NoMad Bar (awarded 3rd best bar in the world by 50 Best Bars) front-of-house team. It was here where she discovered her passion and talents for creating unique customer experiences, team management, training, and where she developed her interest in the bar and cocktail world.


Laura has recently completed a Masters in Restaurant Innovation and Management at Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastian, Spain.


She has lived in 7 countries, speaks 4 languages (English, Spanish, German, Portuguese), and has always had a gift for dealing with people. Her studies in marketing and management, together with her experience in hospitality make her a key player in the auditing process in the F&B industry.

She is passionate about the hospitality world, its latest trends, innovation, sustainability, and networking.
