Accomplished Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong depth & breadth of experience driving all phases of sales and marketing, from conception to deployment - leading top-producing teams of over 500 sellers in the Americas ( Region and Hotels) to award-winning results. A true collaborator who achieves consensus among a disparate range of stakeholders ( Internal, Customers, Owners) and eliminates obstacles to success.


A Built depth experience in managing top-line performance in rapidly changing and highly volatile economic environments, and through all types of business models. With experience in all Hotel types: Resorts European Plan, Resorts All-Inclusive, City Corporate Hotels, Convention Hotels operating in the Luxury, Upper Upscale, Life Style and Select Service segments.


Throughout his career, he has worked for hand in hand with Development and Operations, in the feasibility analysis of Hotel projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. Including Market Demand and Supply Analysis, Brand selection, price structure, and projections, the decisive starting point for every successful project.
